Kim Hart has been practicing law in Southwest Florida since 1975.  For the first 10 years of practice, Kim worked as a defense attorney, representing the insurance companies in personal injury cases.  In 1986, he switched focus, since that time he has represented only those injured through the fault of others. Kim is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by both the Florida Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Throughout his career, Kim has been recognized as a leading attorney by his professional peers and many legal publications.  He is among just five percent of Florida attorneys to receive the distinction of Leading Florida Attorney.  He has been selected as one of Florida’s Super Lawyers, and one of the Leading Plaintiff’s Lawyers in America (Dragon Publications).  He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Law and Leading Attorneys.

Most recently, Kim was recognized as Fort Myers Personal Injury Litigator of the Year for 2010 by Best Lawyers

Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.  Only one lawyer in each community was honored as Lawyer of the Year.

Kim has earned the highest possible rating – AV – by Martindale-Hubbell, the national leader in the rating of lawyers. Kim has been involved in the community, serving organizations including the St. Francis Xavier School Board (Chairperson, 1995 – 1996) and the St. Francis Home and School Association (President, 1993-1994). , Kim is serving on the Advisor Board of Father Anglim Academy.
